Technology is great at times, but the online ordering system choked and we’re having to go back to old school registration. That means sending Larry Gamble an email to reserve your place and mailing a check. We will still take registration payments at the door.

If you registered prior to March 5th, you should be fine. If in doubt, email our State Secretary, Larry Gamble ( WLGamble@icloud.com ) and he will confirm.

Registration for Friday and Saturday for members is $75. You can bring a guest for an extra $55. That makes a Member plus Guest $130. This will also include a breakfast buffet on Sunday morning before the business meeting.

Registration for the Saturday meeting for members is $35.

The hotel is set, preparations are made, now we need you! Please plan on joining your SCSSAR compatriots in Columbia, SC at the Hilton Garden Inn, Northeast on Farrow Road. This year’s annual conference starts on April 17th with the SCSSAR Awards Banquet that evening and then in the morning on April 18th for the SCSSAR Annual Meeting.

If you are bringing a guest to the Awards Banquet, please follow the second link to register your guest by using the link for Guest Registration. For members with guests staying over on Friday night for just $55, your guest also gets breakfast on Saturday morning before the meeting starts.

For members attending only the Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, pay your $35 registration fee now, then arrive at 8am and enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet at 8:30am before the meeting starts.

Friday: Registration starts at 5pm, Reception at 6:30pm, and Dinner at 7pm.

Saturday: Registration starts at 8am, Breakfast Buffet at 8:30am, and Business Meeting starts at 9am.
