This nationwide contest invites students across the country in grades 3–12 to be part of America’s 250th anniversary by sharing their views.  Participation allows students the chance to earn an unforgettable vacation at some of the nation’s most iconic historic and cultural landmarks. 

Winners can choose from exciting, curated trips across the country, including New Orleans, LA, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Boston, MA, San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, and more!

Students are asked to submit writing or original artwork in response to the contest’s prompt: “What does America mean to you?” We are confident that South Carolina students have some important things to say! The deadline for submittals is Monday, March 30^th at 5:00pm. We want to see as many South Carolina students’ submittals as possible!
