Americanism Elementary School Poster Contest

The National Society SAR developed the Americanism Elementary School Poster Contest to help stimulate interest in and aid the study of American History in the 3rd, 4th or 5th Grade Curriculum (depending on the grade the subject is taught). This Contest also includes; Cub Scouts, Brownies, Children of the American Revolution and other youth organizations recognized by the NSSAR Americanism Committee in addition to public, private, parochial, or home schools.

Contest is open to all 2nd through 4th year high school students in public & private schools. Each contestant presents a speech with a written manuscript on an event, personality, or document pertaining to the Revolution showing a relationship to America today.

Sgt. Moses Adams Memorial Middle School Brochure Contest

The SAR Middle School Contest is to create a tri-fold brochure out of a typical 8 ½” x 11″ piece of paper. The brochure must conform to the contest theme which is one the five foundational documents of the United States – which you select. The brochure will be judged on: Content, Creativity and Correctness.
