DESCRIPTION:SCSSAR Members:  \n\n\n\nUPDATE: 16 March 2026 \n\n\n\nThere are only 8 rooms remaining at the block rate at the hotel.  We hope this will be a record number in attendance.  Click Here to link to the Hotel to make your room reservation\, please do so before April 2nd. \n\n\n\nTechnology is great at times\, but the online ordering system choked and we’re having to go back to old school registration. That means sending Larry Gamble an email to reserve your place and mailing a check. We will still take registration payments at the door. \n\n\n\nIf you registered prior to March 5th\, you should be fine.  If in doubt\, email our State Secretary\, Larry Gamble ( WLGamble@icloud.com ) and he will confirm.   \n\n\n\nRegistration for Friday and Saturday for members is $75. You can bring a guest for an extra $55. That makes a Member plus Guest $130. For members with guests staying over on Friday night for just $55\, your guest also gets breakfast on Saturday morning before the meeting starts. \n\n\n\nFor members attending only the Annual Business Meeting on Saturday\, pay your $35 registration fee now\, then arrive at 8am and enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet at 8:30am before the meeting starts. \n\n\n\nImportant times for attendees: Please complete your registrations before April 8th. \n\n\n\nFriday: Registration starts at 5pm\, Reception at 6:30pm\, and Dinner at 7pm. \n\n\n\nSaturday: Registration starts at 8am\, Breakfast Buffet at 8:30am\, and Business Meeting starts at 9am. \n\n\n\nIf you are unable to join us for this year’s Annual Meeting\, please consider a donation to the SC Society.
